COVID has caused multifactorial pressures on our postal system. With more people than ever shopping online, the postal system is busier than ever. Also, staffing shortages and temporary terminal closures can cause unforeseeable delays.  Currently, shipping companies have suspended most of their guaranteed delivery times.  We will always try our best to suggest the best shipping method to allow delivery of my prints by a certain date if requested.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your order can be received by a mailbox that can handle a flat 11″x9″x0.25″ rigid mailer without being bent. Our maps are classified as “fragile” so they are not eligible for insurance coverage. We ship our maps in a plastic covering, inside of a rigid mailer, with a “handle with care” sticker on it. Please make arrangements to have your map delivered to a mailbox that can handle a flat item of this size or have it delivered to a local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund maps that are damaged by the courier. We will however offer to remake the map for the cost of supplies and new shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
